1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from the User's gayo46 Account balance to the User's designated external bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives provided by gayo46 to Users, subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the mandatory turnover amount that must be achieved before Bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash or before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process requiring Users to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and selfie verification to confirm their identity and age.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the gayo46 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and gayo46. If any provision conflicts with local laws applicable to your jurisdiction, you are responsible for complying with those laws. gayo46 operates as an international platform licensed outside Indonesia; we do not provide legal advice regarding Indonesian gambling regulations, and Users access our services at their own discretion and legal risk.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use gayo46 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

We conduct mandatory KYC verification for all accounts, and any User found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all deposits refunded (minus any winnings, which will be forfeited), and will be permanently banned from the platform.

4. 6. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create a gayo46 account, you must provide your full legal name (as shown on your Indonesian National ID / KTP), date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You will create a secure password and may be required to answer security questions. Registration is free and takes approximately 2-3 minutes to complete.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Following registration, you must complete identity verification by uploading clear, legible copies of:

• Government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) showing your full name, date of birth, photo, and document number. Document must not be expired.

4.4 Account Restrictions

gayo46 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, money laundering, underage gambling, use of VPNs or proxies to disguise location, bonus abuse, or any other activity that threatens the integrity of our platform. We will provide reasons for account actions when legally permitted, but are not obligated to disclose our fraud detection methods or evidence.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via local Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically credited to your gayo46 account instantly (within 1-5 minutes). During high-traffic periods or technical issues with payment processors, delays up to 30 minutes may occur. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number. gayo46 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited to your gayo46 account are from legitimate sources, are not proceeds of crime, and belong to you personally. We reserve the right to request documentation proving source of funds for large deposits or suspicious transaction patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and return of funds.

6. Withdrawals and Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete), you must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses, and you must withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering and fraud prevention reasons.

E-wallet withdrawals typically arrive within 5-15 minutes of processing.

6.4 Withdrawal Cancellation

You may cancel a pending withdrawal request at any time before it is processed. Once processed and funds are sent to your bank, cancellation is no longer possible. If you frequently request and cancel withdrawals, we may require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before processing future requests, as this behavior may indicate problem gambling.

11. Dispute Resolution

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by User

12.2 Termination by gayo46

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You are found to be under 21 years of age
• Your account remains inactive for over 12 months with a zero balance
• We cease operations in your jurisdiction

Upon termination, we will return your balance after deducting any amounts owed to gayo46. If termination is due to fraud or Terms violations, we may forfeit your balance. You remain liable for all activities on your account up to termination date.

13. Changes to Terms

gayo46 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, in-app notification, or prominent website notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of gayo46 services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with changes, you must stop using the platform and withdraw your funds. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when Terms were most recently revised.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gayo46 holds its gaming license (international regulatory jurisdiction). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. However, we recognize that Indonesian users access our platform from Indonesia, and nothing in these Terms shall prevent you from relying on mandatory consumer protection provisions of Indonesian law where applicable.
